Additional Driver
There will be an additional charge of 10 EUR per day with a maximum of 50 EUR per rental, excluding VAT and location surcharges, for each additional authorized driver. Full rental conditions apply to all additional drivers.
After Hours Service
FOR AFTER-HOURS RETURN, PLEASE PARK THE VEHICLE IN THE DESIGNATED ENTERPRISE SPACES AT THE RENTAL OFFICE. PLEASE LOCK ALL CAR DOORS AND PLACE THE KEYS IN THE DROP BOX LOCATED ON THE RENTAL COUNTER. THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CONDITION OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE
UNTIL THE VEHICLE IS INSPECTED BY AN ENTERPRISE EMPLOYEE AT THE START OF THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY. VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED DURING REGULAR BUSINESS HOURS 6.30-23.00.
Age Requirements
All drivers must be at least 21 years of age or older. Drivers aged 21 – 24 may rent Economy, Compact, Intermediate, Standard and Full size cars. Drivers must be at least 25 years old to rent Full size SUV, Premium, Special and Luxury cars. Drivers 21-24 years of age will be assessed an additional fee of 12.10 EUR per day inclusive of VAT with a maximum of 121.00 EUR per rental, local Premium Location fees and surcharges where applicable. All car classes are available for renters 25 years and older at no additional charge.
Cross Border Policy
CROSS BORDER POLICY- THE RENTER MUST ADVISE THAT THE VEHICLE WILL BE TAKEN ACROSS AN INTERNATIONAL BORDER AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL OTHER THAN THE FOLLOWING COUNTRIES IS NOT PERMITTED, A- AUSTRIA, AND- ANDORRA, CH- SWITZERLAND, D- GERMANY, DK- DENMARK, E- SPAIN, F- FRANCE, FIN- FINLAND, GB- UK, GR- GREECE, I- ITALY, IRL- IRELAND, L- LUXEMBURG, N- NORWAY, NL- NETHERLANDS, P- PORTUGAL, S- SWEDEN, CONTACT THE RENTAL LOCATION FOR ADDITIONAL CROSS BORDER RESTRICTIONS. A PENALTY FEE OF 4,500 EUR WILL APPLY FOR THE UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN A COUNTRY PROHIBITED FOR CROSS-BORDER TRAVEL. A PENALTY FEE OF 1,800 EUR WILL APPLY FOR UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN FRANCE, GERMANY, LUXEMBOURG AND THE NETHERLANDS. A PENALTY FEE OF 4,000 EUR WILL APPLY FOR UNAUTHORIZED DROP OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE IN A COUNTRY OTHER THAN THE COUNTRY OF RENTAL ORIGIN.
Damage Waiver
CDW COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER removes a renter's responsibility for damage in case of accident, fire or vandalism to the rental vehicle excluding tires and windshield. CDW is not insurance. Purchasing CDW reduces the renter's responsibility to a deductible ranging between 650 EUR and 2000 EUR for a daily fee ranging between 7.49 EUR and 25.75 EUR depending on the car type and length of rental. The daily fee excludes VAT and local surcharge. In case of violation such as alcohol, drugs or any other misuse as stated in the TC's, the renter stays responsible for the full value of the damage. If CDW is declined by the renter, he are she will be responsible for the full value of the damage to the rental vehicle. In case of damage or theft an administration cost of 40 EUR excluding VAT and local fees is applied in addition to the non-waivable excess. All prices are subjected to changes without prior notice.
One Way Drop Policy
One way rentals are allowed for all Enterprise locations within Belgium for retail and tour customers at no additional cost. One way rentals outside of Belgium are NOT allowed.
Exclusive Policy
RATES INCLUDE TIME AND DISTANCE WITH PER DAY MILEAGE LIMITATIONS WHICH VARY BASED ON THE LENGTH OF THE RENTAL. SLP THIRD PARTY LIABILITY.
Refueling Service
All vehicles are delivered with a full tank of fuel and must be returned in the same condition. If the vehicle is returned with less than a full tank of fuel, the renter will be charged for the difference plus an extra charge of 10 EUR plus VAT and local fees or surcharges.
Loyalty Availability

Pack 1 Protection
ZERO RISK PACK is a protection product that includes SCDW, TP2 and TWP. The purchase of TP1 Theft Protection and CDW collision damage waiver is required for renters to qualify for this product. The cost of ZERO RISK PACK ranges between 7.22 EUR and 31.90 EUR per day depending on car type and length of rental. The daily fee excludes VAT and local surcharges. Third party liability excess and administration costs are reduced to zero. In cases of violation such as the use of alcohol, drugs or any other misuse as stated in the Terms and Conditions, the renter is responsible for the full value of the damage. In case of negligence such as not having taken measures to ensure the rental vehicle’s safety and security, the renter is also responsible for the full value of the loss.
Pack 2 Protection
ZERO RISK PACK PLUS is a protection product that includes PAI, SCDW, TP2 and TWP. This product reduces the excess to zero for the following: damage in caused by accident, fire or vandalism, theft or attempted theft of the rental vehicle or any of its parts. For specific information on what PAI covers please consult the PAI policy. The purchase of TP1 Theft Protection and CDW collision damage waiver is required for renters to qualify for this product. The cost of ZERO RISK PACK PLUS ranges between 9.32 EUR and 34.00 EUR per day depending on car type and length of rental. The daily fee excludes VAT and local surcharges. Third party liability excess and administration costs are reduced to zero. . In cases of violation such as the use of alcohol, drugs or any other misuse as stated in the Terms and Conditions, the renter is responsible for the full value of the damage. In case of negligence such as not having taken measures to ensure the rental vehicle’s safety and security, the renter is also responsible for the full value of the loss. PAI coverage will also be void if any terms and conditions are violated.
Personal Accident Insurance
PAI PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE is an insurance covering the driver of the rental vehicle only. PAI covers bodily injury or death caused by an accident during the use of the rented vehicle. The price of PAI ranges from 2.10 EUR per day up to 4.2 EUR per day. The daily price excludes VAT and local surcharges. In the case of bodily injury PAI compensation covers medical care, and in the case of death PAI covers funeral costs up to a limit of 495,787 EUR. Several exclusions apply such as involvement in car races, legal reasons, etc. The full T C's are available at the rental station and must be signed by the driver when purchasing this product.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by either VISA, MasterCard or American Express are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name and require a valid PIN number. A security deposit plus the estimated cost of the rental will be taken at the time of rental. The deposit ranges from 500 EUR to 2600 EUR depending on vehicle class. Cash, prepaid cards or debit cards can be used at the end of the rental to pay for any outstanding balances but the deposit must be secured with a credit card at the start of the rental. Failure to provide a credit card in the renter’s name with sufficient available funds and a valid PIN number will lead to a refusal of rental.
Roadside Protection
Enterprise offers roadside assistance included in the daily rate. The assistance will cover vehicle malfunction. Events such as a flat tire, jump start, lockout service, fuel delivery, and key replacement non exhaustive list are not covered by Roadside Assistance Protection. RAP is void and of no effect if, at the time of the incident necessitating roadside assistance, the renter or authorized driver's are in violation of the rental agreement, including, without limitation, the prohibited uses and violations set fort therein. In such cases, roadside assistance will be available but standard charges will apply. Enterprise rental locations do not provide direct roadside assistance to the customer. This assistance is provided by Touring Club Belgium on behalf of Enterprise. This service is available 24/7 by calling 012/39 09 44 within the country of rental. Assistance outside the country of rental may be obtained by calling +32 12 39 09 44.
Renter Requirements
ALL DRIVERS, BOTH RENTAL AND ADDITIONAL DRIVERS, MUST PRESENT A VALID DRIVING LICENSE AT THE TIME OF RENTAL. IN ADDITION TO A VALID DRIVING LICENSE, THE PRIMARY RENTER MUST FURTHER PRESENT AN ADDITIONAL PHOTOGRAPHIC IDENTIFICATION PASSPORT AND A MAJOR CREDIT CARD IN THEIR OWN NAME. MULTIPLE PART DRIVING LICENSE HOLDERS MUST PRESENT ALL PARTS OF THEIR LICENSE. AN INTERNATIONAL DRIVING PERMIT IS REQUIRED FOR ANYONE HOLDING A NON EUROPE DRIVING LICENSE. ADDITIONAL ID OR FURTHER IDENTIFICATION CHECKS MAY BE REQUESTED IF DEEMED NECESSARY. THIS MAY INCLUDE AN IDENTITY CHECK WITH EXTERNAL PARTNERS WHO MAY CHECK DETAILS SUPPLIED AGAINST DATABASES TO WHICH THEY HAVE ACCESS.
Super Collision Damage Waiver
SCDW SUPER COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER REDUCES THE RENTERS RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT, FIRE OR VANDALISM TO THE RENTAL VEHICLE TO ZERO. THIRD PARTY LIABILITY EXCESS AND ADMINISTRATION COSTS ARE ALSO REDUCED TO ZERO.THIS PRODUCT INCLUDES TWP TIRE AND WINDSHIELD PROTECTION. THE PURCHASE OF TP1 THEFT PROTECTION AND SCDW COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR RENTERS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT. SCDW RATES RANGE FROM 5.80 EUR TO 20.50 EUR PER DAY DEPENDING ON CAR TYPE AND LENGTH OF RENTAL. DAILY FEE EXCLUDING VAT AND LOCAL SURCHARGE. IN CASE OF VIOLATION SUCH AS ALCOHOL. DRUGS OR ANY OTHER MISUSE AS STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS. THE RENTER STAYS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE DAMAGE.

Supplemental Liability Protection
All the vehicles in our fleet are insured against damage or injuries caused to a third party and/or third party property as a result of an accident involving the hire vehicle. You must comply with all the rental company’s terms and conditions in order to receive the benefit of the insurance provisions.
Theft Protection
TP1 theft protection is a theft protection product that reduces a renter’s responsibility for theft and or damage caused as a result of attempted theft of the rental vehicle or any of its parts. TP1 is not insurance. Purchasing TP1 reduces the renter’s responsibility to a deductible ranging between 850 EUR and 2000 EUR for a daily fee ranging between 5.06 EUR and 17.54 EUR depending on the car type and length of rental. The daily fee excludes vat and local surcharge. In case of negligence such as not having taken measures to ensure the rental vehicles safety and security. The renter is responsible for the full value of the loss. If TP1 is declined by the renter, he or she will be responsible for the full value of the rental vehicle in case of theft or attempted theft. In case of damage or theft an administration cost of 40 EUR excluding vat and local fees is applied in addition to the non waivable excess. All prices are subjected to changes without prior notice.
Tire and Windshield Protection
TIRE AND WINDSHIELD PROTECTION WAIVES THE RENTERS RESPONSIBLITY FOR ANY DAMAGE TO THE TIRES AND WINDSHIELD OF THE RENTAL VEHICLE TO ZERO. THE PURCHASE OF TP1 THEFT PROTECTION AND CDW COLLISION DAMAGE WAIVER IS REQUIRED FOR RENTERS TO QUALIFY FOR THIS PRODUCT. TWP RANGES BETWEEN 1.20 EUR AND 4.00 EUR PER DAY DEPENDING ON CAR TYPE AND LENGTH OF RENTAL. THE DAILY FEE EXCLUDES VAT AND LOCAL SURCHARGES. IN CASE OF VIOLATION SUCH AS ALCOHOL, DRUGS OR ANY OTHER MISUSE AS STATED IN THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS, THE RENTER IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE FULL VALUE OF THE DAMAGE.
