Enterprise Protection Package
Enterprise Protection Package (EPP) is a package product that includes Collision Damage Waiver and Theft Protection (CDW-TP), Deductible Protection (DP), and Third-Party Liability (TPL) at a discounted price. EPP is not insurance. If EPP is purchased, the rental company contractually waives the responsibility for the cost of damage to, loss, or theft of the vehicle, and up to the policy limits for damages and injuries to third parties during the rental period in Chile, subject to the actions listed on the rental agreement that invalidate the coverage as described in the rental agreement.
Please be aware that most auto insurance policies from outside Chile do not provide coverage in Chile. Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customer’s auto insurance coverage. The renter should contact their insurance company before arrival with any questions regarding their specific coverage. If the renter declines both CDW-TP and EPP, the renter is responsible for the full value of damage to or loss of the vehicle.
The deductible is reduced to zero for all car classes.
Exclusive Policy
Exclusive rates include the cost of the rental for time and distance and unlimited mileage. Protection products are available for purchase.
Refueling Service
Customers can choose from the following refueling options.
Prepay Fuel
This option allows the renter to pay for the full tank of fuel at the time of rental and return the tank empty. The price is based on an estimate of current fuel prices and the average tank size for the car received. No refunds will be issued for unused fuel.
We Refill
This option allows the renter to pay at the end of the rental for fuel used but not replaced. The price per liter will be higher than local fuel prices.
You Refill
This option allows the renter to return the vehicle with the same level of fuel as received to avoid extra fuel charges.
Forms of Payment
All major credit cards, issued by MasterCard, and Visa, are accepted. All cards presented must be in the renter's name. Prepaid cards, cash, checks, virtual cards (Apple Pay, Samsung Pay, etc.), and local retail credit cards are not accepted. Renter Requirements
All drivers must present a fully valid driving license. In addition, all foreign renters must provide a passport, and local renters are required to present a government-issued photo ID or passport. A valid credit card in the renter's name must be presented upon collection of the vehicle. If the driving license is written in a language and characters different from those of the country of rental, an International Driving Permit is also required. Renters with licenses from countries who are not part of the International Driving Permit Agreement should carry a certified translation. Third Party Liability

TPL does not provide protection related to damages to the rental vehicle or injuries to the driver of the rental vehicle. TPL is included in the Enterprise Protection Package (EPP).
If accepted, TPL provides the renter and authorized drivers with up to 750,000 USD combined single limit for third-party liability claims. If the renter accepts TPL, the rental company provides third-party liability protection up to the applicable minimum financial responsibility limit of 45,000 USD per accident and excess third-party liability protection coverage from the applicable minimum financial responsibility limits up to 750,000 USD per accident. No deductible applies.

Employees of the local rental car company are not qualified to evaluate the adequacy of the customer’s personal liability insurance coverage, insurance purchased on third-party websites, and credit card coverage. The renter should contact their insurance company before arrival with any questions regarding their specific coverage.
If the renter declines both TPL and EPP, the renter is financially responsible for the cost of damage to third-party vehicles or injuries to third parties during the rental period.
